Sazerac Cocktail

1 cube or 1/2 teaspoon sugar

4 dashes Peychaud bitters

About 1/2 teaspoon water

2 ounces rye whiskey

1/2 teaspoon Herbsaint liqueur (or Pernod)

lemon peel

How to Make The Sazerac Cocktail
To make one drink, you’ll need to place ice in an old-fashioned glass. In a second glass, combine the sugar, bitters and the water; mix until the sugar is dissolved. Add the rye whiskey, then fill the glass with ice and stir well.

To finish this Sazerac Cocktail recipe, dump the ice out of the first glass. Put the Herbsaint or the Pernod in the glass. Turn the glass and tilt it until the liqueur coats the entire inside. Pour any remaining liqueur out. Then, strain the contents of the second glass into the chilled glass. Add a twist of lemon to the Sazerac Cocktail and serve.
Vodka Amp Recipe

# 9 oz Vodka
# 1 can Citrus Energy Drink
# 10 oz Sweet and Sour Mix

Vodka Amp Mixing Directions
Add ice to a pitcher. Pour in vodka, Amp, and top off with sweet and sour mix. Pour into highball glasses, and serve.

Serve In:
Pitcher

* 1 1/2 tsp Powdered Sugar
* Ginger Ale
* Ice

First grab a glass and add your ice and powdered sugar. Next, add the Whiskey, Ginger Ale and Lemon Juice. Mix everything together.

  • Boiling water

  • 1 cup Light Rum
  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Cointreau
  • 1/2 oz. Kirshwasser
  • 1 oz. Sugar syrup
  • 1 750-ml. Champagne
  • Lime Slices

Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl, with a block of ice. Add champagne before serving. Garnish with lime slices. Serves about 15.

  • Dash sugar syrup
  • 1 oz. Cognac
  • Champagne

Mix lemon juice and sugar syrup together until syrup dissolves in a chilled collins glass, then add cognac and fill with champange.

Layer ingredients, one on top of the other in the order given into a pousse-cafe glass. Pour carefully over the back of an inverted spoon.

* 1 oz. Melon Liqueur

Mix with ice in an old fashioned glass with ice. Splash rum on top of mixture.

Shake with ice and strain into a glass. Top with a slice of lime and a lemon wedge.
