Wow, there IS a topless pic of Miley Cyrus! And Miley is quite embarrassed, no doubt!

According to Egotastic.com:

Okay everybody, hold on to your hats because this one is big. According to The New York Times, Miley Cyrus is embarrassed, and apologizing to fans over a topless picture of the 15-year-old Disney star, covered only by a sheet, that was published in Vanity Fair magazine. However, another alleged Miley Cyrus nude / topless photo has surfaced which will most likely be far more damaging for Disney’s lucrative Hannah Montana franchise.

The photo shows what is allegedly Miley Cyrus completely topless, willingly posing uncovered, and showing her underwear. The topless photo was posted on Sunday to Facebook, under a number of Miley Cyrus fan pages, after her statement regarding the Vanity Fair pictures was released. Egotastic! has obtained the photo from a source who claims the picture is indeed of Miley, and was taken at a house party in which drugs and alcohol were being used. It is believed that the photo was taken some time in early February of 2008.

In the Vanity Fair article, written by Bruce Handy, Miley is quoted saying this about the topless photo taken by Annie Liebovitz:

Annie took, like, a beautiful shot, and I thought it was really cool. That’s what she wanted me to do, and you can’t say no to Annie. I think it’s really artsy. It wasn’t in a skanky way.

However, in her statement about the published photo is Miley had this to say about the Vanity Fair shoot:

I took part in a photo shoot that was supposed to be “artistic” and now, seeing the photographs and reading the story, I feel so embarrassed. I never intended for any of this to happen and I apologize to my fans who I care so deeply about.

Vanity Fair spokeswoman Beth Kseniak, had this to response:

Miley’s parents and/or minders were on the set all day. Since the photo was taken digitally, they saw it on the shoot and everyone thought it was a beautiful and natural portrait of Miley.

Now the “Update” on the other topless pic, is that the picture is in question if it is either Miley or someone else. According to Egotastic.com, even though there is an uncanny resemblence, the earlobes doesn’t match. Also, the picture may in fact be much older than originally thought. SORRY!
