According to the media; Britney was, “under the influence” as she was taken to hospital early in the morning today after a heated fight took place at her house. A source told press, “She had already put Preston in the car when Britney locked herself in a room with Jayden. The cops came and got through the door and tied her down to a gurney.”

Looks like Brit won’t have her boys for a LONG time!

But we all wonder, what exactly was this so-called fight all about? According to Us Magazine, Britney was supposed to turn over Sean Preston (2 yrs. old) and Jayden James (1 yrs. old) on Thursday at 7 p.m. Federline’s bodyguard was supposed to pick them up, but Spears was defiant. She had been with the kids at her Beverly Hills home since noon Thursday, after being briefly deposed earlier in her ongoing custody dispute.

About ninety minutes after refusing to give up the kids, police arrived.
