Zac and Vanessa may actually back out of the big screen version of High School Musical. The reason for this is because Disney is not paying them enough.

Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens may back out of making a big screen version of High School Musical because Disney bosses aren’t offering them enough money. An inside source told the New York Post that Disney is “only offering them $1 million each. Zac and Vanessa aren’t going to do it.” However a spokesperson for the studio insists they’re “still in negotiations with the entire cast”. The second made-for-TV High School Musical feature was broadcast last week.
