Spiderman actor, Tobey Maguire was headed back to his hotel in Paris when a fan (who was walking right beside him) held the camera in front of Tobey’s face to snap a pic. Tobey’s spiderman instincts came into play when he swatted the camera to the ground! You can clearly hear the camera drop on the sidewalk.

It is reported that someone had stolen Kelly Osbourne’s purse at a GQ magazine party in LA Saturday night.

Friends of Osbourne speculate that her former friend, Lindsay Lohan, who was also at the party, stole the purse!

Perez Hilton:
“Kelly is so upset and angry,” says a friend of Osbourne’s. “We’re all almost certain that Lindsay stole the purse or threw it in a garbage bin. She thinks doing shit like that is funny!”

Osbourne – we’re told – is willing to offer anyone a reward if they find her lost purse.

If Lindsay was the culprit, I swear to you, Kelly will kick her ass! You go Kelly!

We all know that breaking up is hard to do.

Sometimes we even end up saying the oddest things during a break-up. But we do this in efforts not to hurt the other person’s feelings or so that we don’t end up as, “the bad guy”.

With the bullshit aside, there’s seriously no other way to break up with someone without feeling bad or feeling like a major asshole. Though saying the wrong things can definitely make things worse.

What shouldn’t you say?

* Anything that compares the person you’re breaking up with to an ex or to a new person you’ve met
* Talking about how difficult getting over the break up will be for you
* Pointing out how this whole idea is really in the other person’s best interest
* Making the famous distinction between loving someone vs. being “in love”
* Stating you’re no longer interested but you’d like to keep the benefit or convenience of the sex

There are no perfect words to draw on when ending a relationship. Instead, let’s lay out some break up lines to avoid:

* I’m interested in someone else. You’d really like him/her.
* You can’t imagine how hard this is for me.
* I just don’t want you to get too attached.
* I don’t feel that way about you, but the sex has been really good.
* I’m getting married this weekend so I won’t be able to see you anymore.
* Trust me, I’m doing you a favor.
* I need to find myself.
* Right now I don’t feel like I can give you what you need.
* I’ve been doing a lot of thinking….
* I don’t want to be together anymore, but we can still have sex if you want.
* I love you, but I’m not “in love” with you.
* It’s not you, it’s me.

* 1 oz. Vodka
* 1 oz. Peach Schnapps
* 3 oz. Cranberry Juice
* 3 oz. Orange or Pineapple Juice

Add several ice cubes to a highball glass. Pour in all ingredients and stir.

* 1 oz. Black Berry Brandy
* 1/2 oz. Traditional Brandy
* 1/2 oz. of Jagermeister
* 1 oz. Heavy Cream

Mix the ingredients in a shaker and serve with crushed ice in a chilled cocktail glass.

* 2 l. Bourbon
* 1 pt. fresh Orange Juice
* 1 cup Peach Brandy
* 1 cup fresh Lemon Juice
* 2/3 cup sugar syrup
* 2 qt. Club soda
* 12 Maraschino cherries

Mix ingredients in a chilled punch bowl and add club soda before serving. Garnish with cherries.
